In recent years, we have started a tradition of doing Superlative Awards at our annual Christmas Party. Generally, it's not an official awards ceremony, it's more of a fun thing we do after the dinner and before the dancing. They've never had an "official" name & they're always different each year. We have had to cancel our 2020 Christmas party due to Covid-19 restrictions, but we weren't going to let that get in the way of our fun! By popular demand, we figured out a way to do it without the Christmas party mic. Since they are superlative awards, I made an executive decision and called them the Pearly Awards...get it?!
